Sodium Acetate

Sodium acetate, also known as sodium acetate, is an organic substance with a molecular formula of CH3COONa and a molecular weight of 82.03. Sodium acetate trihydrate is a white crystal with a relative density of 1.45 and a melting point of 58°C. When weathered in dry air, it loses crystal water at 120°C and decomposes at higher temperatures. Anhydrous sodium acetate is a colorless transparent crystal with a melting point of 58°C. 324℃.

Application areas

1. Used to determine lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel and tin. It is used as an esterification agent in organic synthesis, as well as in many aspects such as photographic drugs, medicine, printing and dyeing mordants, buffers, chemical reagents, meat preservatives, pigments, and tanning.

2. Used as buffering agent, flavoring agent, flavor enhancer and pH adjuster. As a buffering agent for flavoring agents, 0.1%-0.3% can be used to alleviate bad odors and prevent discoloration to improve flavor. It has a certain anti-mold effect, such as using 0.1%-0.3% in minced fish products and bread. It can also be used as a sour agent for sauces, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cakes, sausages, bread, sticky cakes, etc. Mixed with methylcellulose, phosphate, etc., used to improve the preservation of sausages, bread, sticky cakes, etc.

Product Usage

1. Used for the determination of lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel, tin. Complex stabilizer, auxiliary agent of acetylation, desiccant, mordant. It can be used as esterification agent in organic synthesis, as well as in photographic medicine, medicine, dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical/reagent, meat preservative, pigment, tanning and so on.

2. Used as buffer, flavoring agent, flavoring agent and pH regulator. As a buffer of flavoring agent, it can alleviate bad smell and prevent discoloration when used to improve flavor. Such as the use of fish surimi products and bread, has a certain anti mold effect. It can also be used as sour agent for sauce, pickled cabbage, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc. It is mixed with methyl cellulose and phosphate to improve the preservation of sausage, bread and sticky cake.

dosage

1. Breakfast cereals, 0.007%; fat, 0.5%; cereals and pasta, snacks, 0.6%; hard candy, 0.15%; jam and jelly, meat products, 0.12%; soft candy, 0.2%; soup and soup premix, sweet sauce, 0.05%.

2. In compound seasoning: 10g/kg; in puffed food: 1g/kg.

B. Nylon ton bag packaging; can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Storage It shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place and shall not be mixed with toxic chemicals for transportation and storage.
