Animal feed yeast

Natural insoluble cell wall derived from brewer’s yeast via processes of cell wall breaking, multi-enzymolysis, purification and spray drying. It is mainly composed of proteins, functional mannoproteins and immune functional β-glucans, providing high efficient immunity-enhancing properties. It is used in a diverse range of animal feed in order to activate the immune system and substitute antibiotics.

Product Details:

Feed yeast, used as a yeast cell for livestock and poultry feed. Includes all single-cell proteins produced by single-celled microorganisms. Light yellow or brown powder or granules, high in protein and rich in vitamins. Its composition varies with raw materials and strains. The names of various feeds are often named with the names of raw materials to indicate their characteristics, such as sulfite pulp waste liquid yeast, molasses yeast, whey yeast, n-alkane yeast, methanol yeast, etc.

Feed yeast contains 45% to 50% protein and has high digestibility. It is added to compound feed as protein feed and has the same effect as fish meal. Feed yeast protein contains more than 20 amino acids. Among them, all 8 kinds of essential amino acids are contained, and the methionine in the feed yeast is slightly lower than that of fish meal, but it is compensated by the presence of choline. Choline can regulate fat metabolism in vivo, convert fat into lecithin that can dissolve in blood, and then transport it to various tissues in the body. This is extremely beneficial to promote the growth of livestock. Yeast also contains various enzymes and hormones, which can promote the metabolism of animals and improve the disease resistance of young livestock and poultry. Adding feed yeast to compound feed can improve the absorption and utilization rate of feed. In addition to the well-known pig and chicken feeds that can be added with feed yeast, it is more effective to add feed yeast to compound feeds in aquaculture. For example, 3% to 5% of feed yeast can be added to fish bait, and 4% to 5% of shrimp bait. Adding feed yeast to various compound feeds can speed up the growth rate, reduce feed consumption and improve feed remuneration.
