DESCRIPTION
It’s uesd for bread with 8% to 25% sugar content.
DIRECTIONS
Mix with flour or add to dough during the first stage of mixing.
The yeast must never be brought into direct contact with cold water.
DOSE:1.0%-1.2% for bakery
0.3%-0.5% for others
